About Alex
Alex has over 20 years of global expertise in large scale, complex property and infrastructure solutions. He has experience across real estate development and investment, financial and legal structuring, acquisitions and divestment, planning and approvals, master planning, design and delivery.
Alex held leadership positions in Real Estate and Infrastructure, working on major developments in UK, continental Europe and Africa. Before establishing Strategy&Projects Alex was responsible globally for the safe and effective delivery of projects and operations for a major Oil&Gas service company.
Alex is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, a Master in Civil Engineering from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI).

About Andre
André has 15 years of real estate development and investment experience. He has invested his own capital and executed full cycle hands-on developments and repurposing of assets in France, the UK and Portugal.
André has advised Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity and AXA IM on the development of major residential schemes in the UK, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
Prior to that Andre was a senior investment banker for 15 years. Andre holds a Masters in Finance, a bachelors in Financial Engineering and a bachelors in Business from Dauphine University in Paris.
